        Wood Chip Screen Running on Complete Production Line at Indonesia Customer Site

         We are pleased to share the real operating footage of our wood chip screening machine installed at our Indonesia customer’s biomass processing factory.This project is a complete wood processing production line, and our wood chip screen is an important core section of the whole pipeline.

       The screener is perfectly connected with the upstream crusher and conveyor system. Raw wood materials are crushed first, then delivered continuously into the screening machine.The whole process adopts automatic feeding, continuous screening and multi-outlet discharging, realizing non-stop assembly line production without manual material handling.

Indonesia is rich in acacia wood and rubber wood resources. The wood chips from these tree types usually have relatively high moisture content.High-moisture wood chips are sticky, which is a common problem in local wood factories. Ordinary screening machines are easy to be clogged, requiring frequent shutdown for mesh cleaning and greatly reducing production efficiency.

Our wood chip screen adopts specially optimized anti-clogging structure targeting wet wood chips.In a single screening cycle, it can separate four kinds of materials efficiently: qualified standard wood chips, oversized wood chunks, bark residues and fine sawdust. Each material flows out from independent discharge ports.
