The sieve body is constructed from premium-grade materials, with surfaces typically receiving meticulous treatment to achieve smoothness and durability. During operation, the screening machine employs a unique gyratory motion that ensures uniform material distribution across the sieve surface and enables highly efficient screening. The overall design seamlessly combines functionality with contemporary aesthetics.

The Fully Balanced Square Gyratroy Screen utilizes a compound motion drive mechanism to generate uniform material dispersion across the screening surface. Its high-amplitude gyratory motion continuously redirects material flow, effectively preventing particle blinding (mesh clogging). Powered by synchronized motors driving precision counterweights, the system creates centrifugal force balanced by reverse inertial forces, achieving intrinsic self-stabilization of the frame.
Screen Deck
Positioned within the screen box, it classifies materials by particle size. Mesh count (i.e. aperture size) is selectable per screening requirements.
Screen Box
The structural mainframe housing the screen deck, enabling material screening through vibration.
Cardan Shaft
Provides flexible linkage between screen box and base frame, ensuring stable power transmission while absorbing vibrations to protect upstream drives—serving as a critical torque-transferring and motion-damping junction.
Drive Motor
Primary power source featuring a fully copper-wound three-phase asynchronous motor, delivering high efficiency and smooth operation.
Discharge Chute

The fully balanced square gyratory screen can accommodate one to three layers of screens, and the screening angle can be adjusted arbitrarily to achieve multi-angle screening.
