The customer specializes in the production and processing of metal powder materials. Copper powder is a typical ultra-fine metal powder that easily agglomerates, blocks the mesh, and has relatively poor flowability.
In this project, the customer needed to precisely screen copper powder to 500 mesh and 800 mesh, with a daily processing capacity of approximately 30 kg. This required the screening equipment to deliver high precision, stable performance, and reliable anti-blocking capability.
