Lime powder is a fine-powdered inorganic mineral material made from natural limestone (mainly calcium carbonate CaCO₃) through calcination to produce quicklime (calcium oxide CaO), followed by digestion, drying, and pulverization. Depending on the processing method, it can be divided into two types: quicklime powder (CaO) and slaked lime powder (calcium hydroxide, Ca(OH)₂).
Lime powder is widely used in various fields such as industry, construction, environmental protection, and agriculture due to its high chemical activity, fine particle size, and good whiteness.

Due to the high fineness, hygroscopicity, and tendency to clump of lime powder, the following is typically required during processing:
Airflow sieve classifier: Suitable for 120–325 High-speed fine screening of ultrafine lime powder
Rotary vibrating screen (circular vibrating screen): for safe screening and impurity removal
Linear vibrating screen: used for large-volume lime powder grading or de-caking
Dust-free feeding station: solves the problem of dust emission and improves feeding safety
