Factory Visit | Polish Client Inspects Sieving Equipment

Today marks a memorable day for our entire team, as we warmly welcome our valued customer from Poland to our manufacturing base for an on-site factory inspection and technical exchange. After long-distance travel across borders, our client came to our factory with clear project requirements, hoping to gain first-hand knowledge of our production strength, equipment performance and customized service capability for industrial screening solutions.

As a professional manufacturer specializing in industrial screening and conveying machinery with more than 30 years of experience, our factory has always adhered to the core business philosophy of "Quality First, Customer Oriented". We have been committed to the research, development, design, production and after-sales service of tumbler swing sieve, gyratory probability screen, rotary vibrating sieve, horizontal airflow sieve, screw conveyor and other related equipment. Our products are widely applied in mineral processing, grain processing, chemical powder, refractory materials, food raw material grading and impurity removal industries, and our equipment has been exported to dozens of countries across Europe, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and South America.

At the beginning of the factory tour, our sales and technical team accompanied the Polish customer to visit our raw material warehouse. We showed the customer the raw steel plates, stainless steel materials, reducer assemblies, motors and other core spare parts stored in our warehouse. We introduced our strict raw material incoming inspection system: every batch of raw materials will pass dimension measurement, material composition test and quality inspection before entering production. Unqualified raw materials will be rejected directly to avoid hidden dangers for finished equipment. The customer carefully observed different specifications of carbon steel and AISI 304 / AISI 316 stainless steel plates, and asked detailed questions about the material selection standards for food-grade and mining-use screening machines. Our engineers gave professional answers one by one, explaining the difference in material selection under different working conditions, such as corrosion resistance requirements for food powder, wear resistance requirements for mine stone materials.

Next, we walked into the machining workshop. The customer watched the whole machining process of screw blades, sieve frames and screen box parts. From laser cutting, bending, welding, polishing to precision machining, every processing step is operated by our skilled workers with many years of machining experience. Our technical supervisor introduced our production quality control system to the customer. In every processing procedure, we set up special inspection posts. Workers carry out self-inspection after processing, and quality inspectors conduct re-inspection. All dimension data will be recorded in the production file, which can be traced for each set of equipment. The Polish customer stopped many times to watch the welding operation, checked the welding seam quality, and highly recognized our standardized production management.

Then we arrived at the assembly and test workshop, which is the most important part of this factory visit. This is also the main reason why our Polish client made this long trip: to witness the actual screening performance of our tumbler swing sieve. We prepared test materials according to the customer’s project condition, and carried out real machine trial operation on the swing sieve. During the test, our technical engineer explained the working principle of the swing probability screen in detail. Different from traditional high-frequency vibrating screens, our tumbler swing sieve adopts low-speed flexible swing movement. It has no strong vibration impact during operation, materials roll and layer evenly on the screen surface. The screening efficiency can reach 95%-99%, effectively solving common troubles such as screen mesh clogging, material adhesion and particle crushing.

The customer observed the whole screening process carefully, recorded the test data on site, and put forward a series of targeted technical questions, including screen layer configuration, handling capacity, noise value, power consumption, equipment floor space, long-term continuous operation stability, and customized modification requirements for his production line. Our technical team communicated with the customer face to face, analyzed the characteristics of his raw materials, discussed the suitable screen mesh size, machine model, and optimized the equipment layout plan according to the space limitation of his factory in Poland. We also introduced our optional configurations: fully enclosed dust-proof structure, multi-stage grading from 1 layer to 5 layers, carbon steel or stainless steel body, adjustable swing speed.

After the on-site machine test, we moved to our meeting room for in-depth business discussion. We reviewed the whole project plan together, talked about production cycle, packaging mode, loading plan, delivery time, inspection standard, overseas installation guidance and after-sales service terms. Our team explained our overseas service system: after the equipment arrives at the destination port, we can provide detailed English operation manual, video guidance for installation, commissioning and daily maintenance. Our technical team keeps online support all the time to solve the problems encountered during the operation of the machine. We also talked about spare parts supply, to ensure the customer can get original spare parts conveniently in the later use of equipment.

Our Polish customer shared the situation of his local industry market in Europe. He mentioned that European customers have very strict requirements for mechanical equipment: stable operation, low failure rate, environmental protection and low noise, and high standard of material compliance. He praised our equipment’s running stability during the trial run, and expressed recognition of our factory’s standardized production and complete quality control system. He said that this face-to-face factory visit helped him build deeper trust with our company. Compared with online communication, seeing the workshop, raw materials and real machine test in person is more persuasive for cooperation.

We deeply understand that every overseas cooperation is built on trust. Cross-border trade is not only a simple transaction of machinery products, but also a long-term partnership. We do not only sell screening machines, but provide complete one-stop screening solutions for customers. From early material analysis, model selection recommendation, customized design, production manufacturing, factory pre-test, to after-sales technical guidance, every link we try our best to serve customers.
